No, Jesmonite products are not waterproof but is sealed with a top coat that makes the product water resistant 

Our Resin products are water proof

- Wipe clean with a damp micro-fiber cloth, and dry thoroughly

- Not Microwave or dishwasher safe

- Do not use abrasive cleaning material 

- Resin is sensitive to UV light. Direct Sunlight will cause the resin to yellow over time. 

- Wipe with glass cleaner and a lint free cloth 

- Or hand wash with mild dish soap and pat dry. NOT DISHWASHER SAFE

- Do not use abrasive materials as it will scratch the resin

Yes, our resin coasters are heat resistant so is it is safe to put your warm and cold drinks on

Unfortunately, we do not have a walk in retail shop at the moment.  

Yes, we can arrange for you to come pick up your order by our workshop. 

As a our products are customized to your specifications, returns and refunds are not possible. 
The only acceptation for returns is if the product is faulty. 

Lead times do depend on busy seasons, order size and specifications. Generally a lead time of 10 to 14 business days can be expected. This does not include delivery via a courier company.
